Handcrafted Fire Pits
Fyrebol fire pits are carefully hand-forged by skilled artisans from premium carbon steel or stainless steel. Each fire pit is unique, and minor variations or slight imperfections are a natural outcome of the hand-forging process. All materials are sourced from the USA. Some small inconsistencies in the finish may occur due to the steel manufacturer and are considered normal characteristics of the materials used.

Return Policy for Defective Items
Our return policy applies only to fire pits that are defective. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or personal preference changes. If you believe your fire pit is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request return authorization.

All return shipments must be prepaid by the customer. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the sender at their expense. To process a return, the fire pit must be shipped with freight prepaid and include the original sales receipt. Fire pits that have been used, installed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

No Refund Policy on Custom Fire Pits
Custom fire pits from Fyrebol are crafted to your exact specifications and involve multiple stages of handcrafting. Due to the bespoke nature of these orders, customers approve each stage of production before shipment or pickup.

Because these fire pits are fully custom, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept that all custom fire pit purchases are non-refundable.
