Shipping Options
Option 1:
All fire pits are shipped via Residential LTL freight on a wooden pallet with Lift Gate Service. The carrier will use a pallet jack to move the pallet to an accessible location. While this option is the most expensive, it offers the greatest convenience.
Option 2:
Alternatively, we can deliver your order to a nearby terminal for pickup. The freight company will load the pallet into your truck or trailer using a forklift.
Option 3:
You also have the option to pick up your order directly from our shop in Historic Downtown Wake Forest, NC, just 20 minutes north of Raleigh.
Throughout the process, the shipping company will coordinate with you regarding the logistics for accepting or picking up your order. We partner with a competitive shipping agency to find the most economical solution for delivering your Fyrebol.
